Grange Farm Primary School is a partner school in Pathways Partnership which comprises primary schools from a diverse range of contexts across the city of Leeds.

There are two courses to choose from:

• 2P6L is a 5 to 11 year old course where training is in Key Stage (KS) 1 and KS2 
• 2P6K is 3 to 7 year old course  where training is in Foundation Stage (Nursery and Reception) and KS1

The postcode​​ of the lead school, Cobden Primary is LS12 5LA.

Early applications are recommended.
